Our Client is a well-established Automotive Parts and Precision Metal Components Manufacturer.  The organization is hiring for a Senior Process Engineer position, which offers the opportunity to drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize production processes, and contribute to operational excellence in a dynamic environment focused on efficiency, quality, and safety.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead metal fabrication and welding process operations encompassing material processing, fabrication methods, and execution of critical joints welding.

• Develop, evaluate, and implement process improvements and operating systems to enhance cost efficiency, quality, throughput, and safety

• Collaborate with new product design and support new product introduction activities, ensuring smooth integration into production

• Lead lean initiatives and conduct internal training to promote a culture of continuous improvement

• Support equipment-related activities including specification, procurement, calibration, and maintenance monitoring

• Monitor process performance through data collection, analysis, and observation, and implement improvements based on findings

• Ensure accurate reporting of operational performance, including KPIs, and support evaluation against production goals and cost targets

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing or equivalent.

• Preferably with at least 5 years of experience in process development, optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies for metal fabrication and welding processes.

• Ability to analyze process data, monitor performance metrics, and implement relevant enhancements.
