• IT導入プロジェクトの企画・計画から導入・本番稼働後のサポートまで一貫したプロジェクトマネジメント
• クライアント、ベンダー、社内の各機能チームと連携した円滑なプロジェクト推進

• プロジェクト進捗のモニタリングおよび主要ステークホルダーへの定期的な報告

• Lead end-to-end IT implementation projects from planning and deployment through post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and issue resolution activities.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure project quality standards are maintained while meeting agreed timelines and business objectives.
• Drive problem-solving initiatives and proactively mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support business development activities, client proposals, and pre-sales engagements when required.
• Facilitate communication between local and global teams to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• IT導入プロジェクトや業務変革プロジェクトのリード経験
• ERP、CRM、エンタープライズアプリケーション、SI、または関連するテクノロジー領域における実務経験
• クライアントリレーションの管理および複数ステークホルダーとの調整経験
• プロジェクト計画、リスク管理、プロジェクトデリバリー手法に関する十分な理解
• 日本国内での就労資格を有していること

• Microsoft Dynamics 365またはその他のエンタープライズ業務アプリケーションに関する経験
• グローバルプロジェクトまたは多文化環境における業務経験
• PMPまたは同等のプロジェクトマネジメント資格
• クライアント提案活動（プロポーザル）やプリセールス業務への参画経験
• 英語を用いた海外チームとの会議ファシリテーションおよび協働経験

• Proven experience leading IT implementation, ERP implementation, CRM implementation, or business transformation projects.
• Strong background in enterprise applications, system integration (SI), digital transformation, or technology consulting projects.
• Experience managing client relationships and coordinating multiple stakeholders across complex project environments.
• Solid understanding of project planning, project delivery methodologies, risk management, and change management practices.
• Experience working within consulting, professional services, or technology services organizations is highly desirable.
• Valid authorization to work in Japan.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Experience facilitating meetings and collaborating with overseas stakeholders in English.
• Knowledge of enterprise digital transformation programs and business process optimization.
