Our client, a leading property services company, is seeking a Marketing Staff with Japanese language proficiency to handle property marketing and client services for Japanese clientele

Key Responsibilities 

✅ Conduct market research on apartment and office rental prices, including market segmentation analysis 

✅ Plan and execute marketing strategies, strategic initiatives, and projects within set timelines 

✅ Prepare property listings, verify client documents, and provide property consulting services 

✅ Execute marketing activities to attract new clients and support transaction processes 

✅ Handle client requests and complaints related to apartment services 

✅ Act as interpreter between clients, agents, and technicians 

✅ Prepare daily, monthly, and annual marketing reports

Requirements 

✅ Bachelor's degree in any field 

✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing (property sector experience is a strong advantage) 

✅ Familiar with property industry regulations, rental laws, and investment concepts 

✅ Proficiency in English and Japanese (minimum JLPT N2, N1 is a plus) 

✅ Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and in a team 

✅ Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work under pressure 

✅ Target-oriented and willing to meet deadlines
