PR/123813 | Chief Architect

Job Description:
- Assist Marketing Division to get more complete design information from prospective customers,
- Making plan and sketch of basic designs according to data and customer’s request,
- Check, analyze and plan the design work then distribute it to Engineering division,
- Coordinate with Structure Engineer regarding to Design Structure,
- Make working plan and Engineering Schedule,
- Make Schedule of design drawings and drawing list,
- Check and review BIM Model & coordinate with BIM Modeler

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Architecture,
- Min. 5 years experience in Design & Build Construction Company (Preferable Factory and Warehouse),
- Have an architect’s identity (STRA or others certification),
- Fluency in English for Construction both oral & written,
- Able to use specific Construction Software such as AutoCAD, REVIT, Naviswork,
- Have Knowledge and understanding in basic plan drawings of Architects and Structural,
- Have Knowledge and understanding in BIM,
- Understand the rules / regulation of industrial area,
- Understand the details of Basic Architecture and Basic Structure,
- Understand the basic rules and government regulations regarding building design,
- Experience in Japanese Company is a Plus
