Job Title: Manager - Supply Chain

Location: Gurgaon

•  Manage end-to-end import operations including procurement coordination, shipment planning, customs clearance, and inbound logistics.
• Coordinate with group companies, suppliers, freight forwarders, CHAs, and logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.

• Oversee domestic transportation, warehousing, and distribution across retail, distributor, and e-commerce channels.
• Manage 3PL partners to ensure timely order fulfillment and service level adherence.
• Optimize logistics operations, transportation costs, and delivery performance.
  
   

•  Manage B2B and B2C order fulfillment across marketplaces and direct-to-consumer channels.
•  Ensure inventory availability, order accuracy, SLA compliance, and efficient returns management.
• Support operational readiness for promotions, product launches, and peak sales events.

• Collaborate with Sales and E-commerce teams on demand forecasting and inventory planning.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing stock-outs and excess inventory.

• Manage distributor and customer portal operations, documentation, and inwarding schedules.
•  Ensure compliance with customer-specific packaging, labeling, and documentation requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
•  7-10 years of supply chain experience with strong expertise in domestic logistics, particularly in e-commerce and quick commerce operations
