PR/160475 | Sales Engineer (Electrical & Electronics)

Our client is a global leader in power supply solutions, they are currently looking for a Sales Engineer to join their growing team in Malaysia. This position combines both sales and technical support. It is not a purely aggressive sales role, because you will also be handling product related inquiries and supporting customer on the technical matters. 

Location: Nilai (Relocating to Seremban) in July 2026 

Job Responsibilities: - 

• Identify and quality new business opportunities through cold calling, networking and field visits

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding company products, specifications, pricing, and availability.

• Conduct on-site surveys, product presentations, and demonstrations for customers.

• Follow up on customer sales leads, quotes, and order status.

• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, production, logistics) to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of orders

• Support after sales service, including warranty, troubleshooting and returns 

• Regular travel to meet customer sites; possible overnight stays

Requirements: 

• Diploma/ Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (E&E) or related field 

• 1-3 years of experience in technical sales / engineering / customer support (Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply) 

• Good communication and interpersonal skills 

• Willingness to engage clients and travel 

• Possess own transport (preferred)
