A leading FMCG Food Manufacturer is currently looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join their team in Kuala Lumpur. 

Job Description

• Assist in planning and executing sales strategies to meet monthly and annual sales targets.

• Developing and identifying business opportunities in assigned areas. 

• Building and maintaining relationship with the distributors and retailers 

• Planning and coordinating trade marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions. 

• Plan and champion on selected chain stores for trade marketing activities.

• Monitor third party merchandizer's performance in terms of product placement and display, inventory management, pricing and compliance. 

• Conduct store audit on improving product visibility and gather data on competitor activity.

• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and market insights.

Job Requirements

• 1 - 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.

• Familiarity with FMCG distribution models (MT & GT) and retail networks.

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

• Willing to travel within Klang Valley and occasionally outstation.
