Sales Assistant / Manager (Shipping Line)

Location: Bkk City

Salary: 100,000 ++ THB (Negotiable depending on experience)

About the Company

A leading international logistics and shipping organization, providing end-to-end transport solutions and serving a diverse global customer base, with a strong focus on growth in the Chinese market segment. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the sales team to achieve volume and revenue targets. 

• Develop strategies to expand market share and acquire new customers. 

• Manage and grow relationships within the Chinese customer segment (import/export). 

• Identify market trends and business opportunities for growth. 

• Oversee client engagement, sales visits, and CRM data management. 

• Promote value-added services to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. 

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding. 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (logistics or supply chain preferred). 

• Strong communication skills in Thai, English and Chinese 

• Solid understanding of Chinese market dynamics and customer networks. 

• Proven leadership, results-driven mindset, and strong interpersonal skills.
