PR/119850 | Data Scientist (AI / ML)

We are looking for a Data Scientist / ML Engineer to drive AI-powered energy optimization initiatives across manufacturing sites in ASEAN. This role focuses on building intelligent systems that improve energy efficiency, support sustainability goals, and enable real-time decision-making in factory environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize machine learning models to forecast and optimize energy usage in factories.

• Build automated systems to manage energy supply and demand dynamically.

• Integrate and process data from industrial systems such as sensors, PLCs, and SCADA.

• Analyze data to uncover inefficiencies and opportunities for performance improvement.

• Work with cross-functional teams to scale energy and carbon reduction solutions across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with at least 3 years’ relevant experience (fresh Master’s graduates welcome).

• Strong expertise in AI/ML techniques, including deep learning approaches.

• Proficiency in Python and experience deploying ML models in industrial or factory environments.

• Familiarity with IoT systems, industrial data, and communication protocols (e.g., MQTT, LoRa, PLC, SCADA).

• Good English communication skills (TOEIC 600+) and solid academic background.
