PR/119844 | Production Injection Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage daily injection molding operations to meet targets in quality, output, cost, and delivery.

• Plan and control production schedules to match customer demand and deadlines.

• Lead production teams (supervisors, technicians, operators) to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

• Work with the Quality team to ensure products meet standards and handle issues effectively.

• Review production performance and take action to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.

• Adjust machine settings, processes, and mold setups to improve productivity and reduce defects.

• Coordinate with Engineering and Tooling teams to ensure machines and molds are ready for production.

• Support team development, ensure safety compliance, and report performance with clear improvement plans.

   

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

• 5–8 years of experience in plastic injection molding, with leadership or supervisory exposure.

• Strong knowledge of injection processes, machines, materials, and basic mold troubleshooting.

• Good analytical skills with the ability to solve problems and improve production performance using data.

• Strong leadership, communication skills, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with good command of English.
