Position: IT Manager (Infrastructure & Security)

Location: Bangkok

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead and manage IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and security operations. This role combines both hands-on technical leadership and IT management responsibilities to ensure stable, secure, and efficient IT services across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
IT Operations & Infrastructure

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including network, servers, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and Microsoft 365

• Ensure system performance, availability, and reliability in line with SLA requirements 

• Perform system administration, monitoring, backup, and routine maintenance 

Cloud & Security

• Oversee cloud environment (AWS/Azure) including migration and optimization initiatives.

• Implement and enforce IT security policies, including firewall, VPN, endpoint protection, and access control.

• Monitor systems, logs, and alerts to identify risks and respond to incidents proactively.

Project & Vendor Management

• Plan and deliver IT infrastructure and system implementation projects

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure quality delivery and cost-effective solutions.

• Manage contracts, service agreements, and vendor performance

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Lead, mentor, and support IT team members and external vendors.

• Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and deliver IT solutions.

• Report IT performance, risks, and project progress to management

Governance & Continuous Improvement

• Establish and maintain IT policies, standards, and best practices

• Ensure compliance with security and business continuity requirements 

• Identify improvement opportunities to enhance system performance and reliability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud, or security roles

• Strong technical knowledge in: 

  • Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure)

  • Network and security systems (Firewall, VPN, EDR) 

  • Microsoft 365, virtualization, backup solutions

• Experience in managing IT projects and vendors

• Leadership experience or team coordination ability

• Good problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

• Certifications such as AWS, Azure, CISSP, CCSP 

• Familiarity with ITIL or IT service management practices
