Position: Supply Chain Management Specialist (Japanese speaking)
Location: MRT Rama 9
Salary: 40,000 - 50,000

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with factories, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely product delivery

• Monitor stock levels and manage replenishment of finished goods with production sites

• Address operational issues with managers (e.g., shipment delays, accidents)

• Develop and maintain cost‑efficient transportation and logistics processes

• Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks to enhance overall performance

• Build and sustain strong working relationships with customers and suppliers

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain roles

• Practical exposure to international or regional supply chain coordination

• Automotive industry background preferred, with knowledge of OEM, Tier 1, or Tier 2 supply chain processes

• Competence in risk management (disruptions, geopolitical, logistics challenges)

• Knowledge of production planning, manufacturing processes, and demand‑supply balancing

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to prepare analytical reports and clear presentations

• Business‑level proficiency in English; Japanese language skills preferred

• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP is an advantage
