Position:  Procurement Supervisor (Electrical Parts)

Salary:      40,000 – 50,000THB +/- (Negotiable) 

Location:   Ayutthaya

Our client is a well-known automotive parts manufacturer. 

Key Responsibilities of the position:

• Create and implement strategies to optimize printed circuit board (PCB) design and production.

• Identify and evaluate new components for integration into PCB designs.

• Act as a liaison between Japanese or German designers and vendors to coordinate schedules and ensure timely drawing releases.

• Analyze PCB structures and perform detailed cost assessments to support decision-making.

• Lead negotiations with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing while maintaining quality standards.

• Develop and implement VA initiatives to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

• Manage supplier discussions during significant delivery challenges to minimize impact.

• Drive contingency planning, including promoting manufacturer substitution in cases of natural disasters, fires, or severe supply shortages. 

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.

• Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience in electrical parts component procurement. (Preferable hands-on experience in PCB procurement)

• Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.), PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI.
