Position:                                   Proposal Engineer

Salary:                                     50,000 – 70,000 THB / month

Welfares:                                 Bonus, PVF, Housing, COLA, and others                        

Location:                                   Sriracha, Chonburi

Working Day:                           Monday to Friday 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in reviewing RFQs, ITBs, and RFPs to identify scope and requirements.

• Prepare draft technical and commercial inputs.

• Compile compliance statements, method outlines, and basic execution plans.

• Coordinate with vendors/subcontractors for quotations and technical clarifications.

• Support in preparing BOQs, cost breakdowns, and man-hour estimates.

• Work with supply chain and engineering teams to gather cost data.

• Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits with senior engineers.

• Handle routine proposal clarifications and documentation.

• Develop skills in proposal writing, cost estimation, and contract review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or related Engineering discipline.

• 1–2 years of experience in proposal, tendering, or engineering support (oil & gas preferred).

• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with AutoCAD or similar tools is a plus.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Eagerness to learn and ability to work under deadlines.

• Fluent in English.
