PR/119749 | IT Project Manager

We are looking for A hands-on IT Project Manager who thrives in structured, detail-oriented environments and can lead system development projects for Japanese and Japanese-affiliated companies. You will take full ownership of project execution, working closely with overseas vendors and internal stakeholders, with English as the primary working language.

Responsibilities:

•  Lead end-to-end system development projects using Waterfall methodology (scope, schedule, cost, quality).

• Manage project execution hands-on: planning, tracking progress, and resolving issues.

• Conduct and lead project meetings in English with vendors and internal teams.

• Coordinate closely with Japanese-managed teams to align expectations and deliverables.

• Prepare and maintain structured project documentation and status reports in English.

   

Qualifications:

• 7–12 years of experience in system development, including hands-on project management,

• Proven experience working with overseas software vendors.

• Strong English communication skills, able to independently run meetings.

• Excellent documentation skills with high attention to detail and structure.

• Experience working with Japanese or Japanese-affiliated organizations.
