Job Description

• Support overall general accounting functions, including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Inventory control.

• Ensure accounting records are accurate, complete, and aligned with company policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations.

• Handle statutory tax filings and coordinate with the Revenue Department on corporate tax and compliance matters.

• Liaise with external auditors for year-end and special audits.

• Support monthly closing by preparing accounting entries, reviewing financial data, and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

• Maintain and update master data in the system (vendor and customer details).

• Provide analysis and insights to support management and business decisions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental and organizational goals.

• Support process improvements and enhance accounting workflows and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (MBA is an advantage); CPD required.

• Minimum 5 years’ supervisory experience in Financial Reporting, General Ledger, Costing, Taxation, and BOI.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good command of English.
