PR/119714 | Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-spectrum accounting functions, including AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, and cost accounting

• Oversee monthly closing activities and ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and management reports

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of accounting staff to ensure strong performance and timely deliverables

• Ensure compliance with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS), tax regulations, and company policies

• Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making

• Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders

• Strengthen internal controls and drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in accounting/finance, with leadership experience managing a team

• Strong knowledge of Thai accounting standards and tax regulations

• Hands-on experience with IFS system is highly preferred

• Solid understanding of end-to-end accounting processes

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
