Position: Maintenance Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and plan maintenance strategies (Maintenance Planning).
Inspect and analyze machine performance and issues.
Perform corrective maintenance on equipment when failures occur.
Improve and optimize machine efficiency (Improvement & Optimization).
Ensure compliance with safety standards and practices.
Manage cost control and budgeting related to maintenance activities.
Prepare technical documentation and reports.
Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams and relevant departments.
Job Requirements:
Educational background in Engineering or other related fields.
1 – 2 years of experience (new graduates are welcome).
Experience in maintenance operations and repair work.
Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams.
Technical knowledge of machinery and equipment.
Leadership and team coordination skills.
Knowledge of PLC systems.
Knowledge of CNC machines.
