Position: LEAN Assistant Manager

Location: Ban Bueng, Chonburi

Budget: Total 40,000 - 50,000 THB/Month

Responsibilities:

- Lead and support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement (CI) activities
- Analyze work processes and improve production efficiency
- Implement Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, VSM, TPM, and Six Sigma
- Identify root causes of problems and drive effective solutions
- Conduct training sessions on Lean and CI concepts for employees
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve operations
- Prepare reports and track improvement results
- Support compliance with quality and safety systems (IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001)

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields
- At least 5 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Kaizen
- Strong knowledge of Lean tools and problem-solving methods
- Experience in manufacturing environment is a plus
- Good analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Leadership mindset with strong decision-making ability
- Proactive and able to implement improvements independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good command of English
