Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in business management or any related field.
• Have experience as Sales and team management.
• Experience in senior sales or manager. (Cutting Tools, Machinery and Tooling for Industrial)
• Having driving license is a must
• Good personality, good interpersonal skills, able to work both independently and in a team
• Able to use Microsoft Office
• Having experience with factory customers is preferable.

Job Descriptions: 

• Establish the vision, goals, and strategies for the Sales department to drive revenue growth.
• Conduct sales activities, including visiting new and existing customers to strengthen relationships.
• Manage, lead, and mentor the sales team to achieve targets and foster professional development.
• Analyze market trends, competitor actions, and customer feedback to make informed business decisions.
• Summarize sales reports and status updates and present them to the Japanese Managing Director.
