PR/119605 | Sales & Supplier Management (Japanese Speaking, JLPT N2)

Job Description:

• Identify new business opportunities and upcoming projects.

• Promote the company’s product portfolio and propose suitable solutions to customers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to support ongoing sales growth.

• Coordinate end‑to‑end delivery of electronic components to customers’ manufacturing sites.

• Work closely with customers to understand and align with their production plans.

• Liaise with suppliers to adjust delivery schedules in line with customer demand.

• Proactively negotiate and balance delivery timelines between customers and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

   

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or any related field.

• 3+ years of experience in sales with delivery coordination roles (experience in electronic components or trading company is an advantage).

• Strong coordination and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage delivery schedules between customers and suppliers.

• Good communication skills in English and Japanese (JLPT N2 is required).

• Proactive, well‑organized, and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Customer‑focused mindset with interest in sales activities and project development.
