PR/119560 | Project Manager – Japanese Speaking

We are looking for a Japanese-speaking Project Manager who can lead projects end-to-end and effectively bridge communication between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in managing timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project delivery from initiation to completion

• Coordinate with Japanese-speaking clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams

• Track project progress, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution

• Facilitate meetings, provide clear status updates, and manage expectations

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality

Qualification

• 2+ years of experience in Project Management or Project Coordination

• Business-level Japanese (JLPT N3 or above) with strong communication skills and fluent in English communication.

• Proven ability to manage timelines, priorities, and multiple stakeholders

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with high ownership

• Experience in stakeholder management and client-facing communication
