Position: CNC Programmer
Location: Laem Chabang, Chonburi
Budget: Total maximum to 50,000 THB/Month
Job Description:
Develop and create CNC programs from 3D models using CAD/CAM software for Turning, Milling, or Turn‑mill machines.
Optimize CNC programs to improve machining efficiency and reduce cycle time.
Select appropriate cutting tools and define machining parameters based on material and design requirements.
Analyze and troubleshoot machining issues related to CNC programs, such as surface finish or cycle time deviations.
Verify and validate CNC programs before releasing to production.
Prepare and maintain related documentation such as Program Sheets, Tool Lists, and Work Instructions.
Coordinate with Production, Setup, and Quality teams to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
Follow company standards in safety and quality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technical field related to Machine Tooling, Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in CNC machining and programming.
Experience with 5-axis or multi-axis CNC machines will be an advantage.
Ability to read and interpret job orders, technical drawings, and specifications.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
