A leading global Corporate & Investment Bank is seeking an experienced Senior Relationship Manager to cover Japan's largest Technology, Fintech, Mobility, Telecommunications, and Digital Infrastructure clients.

In this highly visible client-facing role, you will build strategic relationships with senior corporate decision-makers, originate new business opportunities, and deliver sophisticated financing and advisory solutions across lending, transaction banking, capital markets, and investment banking products. Working closely with global banking teams and product specialists, you will help some of Japan's most influential companies achieve their growth and transformation objectives.

• Manage and develop relationships with major Japanese Technology, Fintech, Mobility, Telecommunications, and Digital Infrastructure companies.
• Build trusted partnerships with CFOs, Treasurers, and senior executives to understand strategic and financing requirements.
• Originate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth across lending, transaction banking, capital markets, and advisory solutions.
• Lead the structuring and execution of complex financing transactions in collaboration with product specialists and international banking teams.
• Deliver strategic industry insights and financial advice while monitoring market developments and emerging sector trends.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders to provide integrated Corporate & Investment Banking solutions.
• Identify opportunities for cross-border financing, acquisition financing, and capital raising transactions.
• Support portfolio growth through strategic client planning and relationship expansion.
• Mentor and develop junior bankers while contributing to the broader franchise leadership.
• Maintain strong governance, risk management, and compliance standards across client activities.

• コーポレートバンキング、グローバルバンキング、投資銀行業務、またはそれに準ずる大手法人向けリレーション業務における実務経験10年以上
• テクノロジー、通信、メディア、デジタルインフラセクターにおける大手日系企業のカバレッジ経験
• コーポレートバンキングおよび投資銀行領域における新規案件開拓および収益創出の実績
• 複雑なファイナンス案件の組成・実行経験および、オリジネーションからエグゼキューションまでの複数関係者（社内外）調整経験
• コーポレートファイナンス、与信分析、資本市場、トランザクションバンキングおよびリスク管理ソリューションに関する深い理解
• 経営層との折衝経験および、戦略・財務アドバイザーとしての信頼関係構築実績

• 経営層レベルでの信頼関係を構築できる高いリレーションシップマネジメント力およびステークホルダー対応力

• 日本のメガバンクまたは外資系銀行におけるTMTセクター（テクノロジー、通信、メディア、デジタルインフラ）カバレッジ経験
• クロスボーダー案件およびグローバル案件の組成・実行経験
• 投資銀行業務、資本市場関連業務、またはストラクチャードファイナンスに関する知見
• トランザクションバンキングおよびワーキングキャピタルソリューションに関する理解・経験

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Corporate Banking, Global Banking, Investment Banking, or a related client-facing role.
• Proven experience covering large Japanese corporate clients within the Technology, Fintech, Mobility, Telecommunications, Media, or Digital Infrastructure sectors.
• Strong track record of business origination and revenue generation across corporate and investment banking products.
• Experience leading complex financing transactions from origination through execution.
• Deep understanding of corporate finance, credit analysis, capital markets, transaction banking, and risk management solutions.
• Demonstrated success managing senior executive relationships and acting as a trusted strategic advisor.
• Experience coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders on complex transactions.
• Exposure to international banking environments and cross-border transactions.

• Outstanding relationship management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with executive-level influence.
• Commercially driven mindset with a proactive approach to business development.

• Japanese: Native level.
• English: Fluent level.

• Experience covering Technology, Fintech, Mobility, Telecommunications, Media, or Digital Infrastructure clients.
• Experience working on cross-border transactions and international financing projects.
• Exposure to M&A, acquisition financing, or strategic advisory mandates.
• Experience operating as a hybrid banker with both coverage and corporate finance responsibilities.
• Previous experience within a leading global Corporate & Investment Bank.
