• 担当顧客：大手日系法人
• 担当領域：キャッシュマネジメント（Cash Management）、リクイディティマネジメント（Liquidity Management）、トレジャリーソリューション（Treasury Solutions）など
• 上記における、新規ビジネス開拓および既存顧客に対する取引深耕
• CFO・トレジャラー等の経営層とのリレーション構築および提案活動
• クロスボーダー案件を含むトランザクションバンキングビジネスの推進
• リレーションシップマネージャーおよびプロダクトスペシャリストとの協働によるソリューション提供
• 実装・オペレーションチームとの連携による導入支援および顧客満足度向上

A leading global bank is seeking a Senior Transaction Banking Sales professional to drive business growth across Japan by delivering innovative Cash Management, Liquidity Management, Treasury Services, and Transaction Banking Solutions to major Japanese corporates and multinational companies.

This client-facing role offers the opportunity to work with CFOs, Treasurers, and senior corporate decision-makers, helping clients optimize working capital, improve liquidity efficiency, and strengthen treasury operations. You will collaborate closely with Relationship Managers, Product Specialists, and international teams to deliver integrated banking solutions across domestic and cross-border markets.

• Drive new business development across cash management, liquidity, and treasury solutions.
• Build and strengthen relationships with CFOs, Treasurers, and senior corporate stakeholders.
• Identify client needs and develop tailored transaction banking solutions.
• Promote payments, receivables, liquidity management, and treasury products.
• Partner with Relationship Managers and product specialists to increase wallet share and revenue growth.
• Lead client presentations, RFP responses, and commercial negotiations.
• Develop strategic account plans for key corporate and multinational clients.
• Support cross-border banking opportunities and international treasury initiatives.
• Coordinate with implementation and client service teams to ensure successful onboarding.
• Monitor client activity and identify opportunities to expand banking relationships.
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through proactive relationship management.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• キャッシュマネジメント営業、トランザクションバンキング、トレジャリーサービス等の法人向けソリューション営業領域における10年以上の実務経験
• 大手日系企業または多国籍企業に対するリレーションシップマネジメント経験
• ペイメント、アカウントレシーバブル、リクイディティマネジメント、トレジャリーソリューション等に関する高度なプロダクト知識
• 顧客ニーズを起点としたビジネス機会の発掘および収益成長を実現してきた実績
• リレーションシップマネージャーおよびプロダクトスペシャリストと連携したソリューション提案・実行経験

• 日本語および英語のコミュニケーション能力（CFO・トレジャラーを含む経営層との折衝など）
• 成果を追求する積極性、案件開拓力
• 信頼関係構築力、ステークホルダーマネジメント力
• チームワーク

• 多国籍企業に対するリレーション構築およびクロスボーダーのトレジャリー構造に関する業務経験

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Transaction Banking Sales, Cash Management Sales, Treasury Services, or a related client-facing banking role.
• Proven experience managing relationships with large corporates and multinational companies.
• Strong knowledge of cash management, payments, receivables, liquidity management, and treasury products.
• Demonstrated success in business development and revenue generation.
• Experience collaborating with Relationship Managers and product teams to deliver client solutions.
• Experience within international banking environments and cross-border transactions.
• Strong understanding of corporate treasury and working capital management.
