A leading global Corporate & Investment Bank is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to manage and expand relationships with major Japanese corporate clients.

This senior client-facing position focuses on business origination, corporate banking, relationship management, cross-border financing, treasury solutions, and capital markets advisory. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, helping clients achieve their strategic growth objectives while delivering comprehensive banking solutions across domestic and international markets.

• Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of large Japanese corporate clients.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, Treasurers, and senior corporate decision-makers.
• Originate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth across multiple banking products.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to deepen client relationships and increase wallet share.
• Coordinate product specialists and global banking teams to deliver integrated Corporate & Investment Banking solutions.
• Identify and execute financing, acquisition, and cross-border business opportunities.
• Provide strategic advice on lending, treasury, transaction banking, and capital markets solutions.
• Monitor client performance, credit quality, and portfolio risks.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance, risk, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with regional and global stakeholders to support international client needs.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• コーポレートバンキング、グローバルバンキングまたはリレーションシップマネジメント領域において、大手日系企業を担当した経験10年以上
• 複数の銀行商品・ソリューションにおける新規案件開拓および収益創出の実績
• CFO、財務部長をはじめとする経営層とのリレーション構築・管理経験
• コーポレートファイナンス、与信分析およびコーポレート・インベストメントバンキング（CIB）プロダクトに関する深い知識
• 国際的な銀行環境における業務経験およびクロスボーダー案件の推進・調整経験

• 優れたリレーションシップマネジメント、ステークホルダーマネジメント能力
• 案件開拓力、ビジネス感覚

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：上級ビジネスレベル以上（社内連携、プレゼン含む）

• Minimum 10 years of experience covering large Japanese corporate clients within Corporate Banking, Global Banking, or Relationship Management.
• Proven track record of business origination and revenue generation.
• Experience managing relationships with CFOs, Treasurers, and senior corporate executives.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, credit analysis, and banking products.
• Experience delivering lending, transaction banking, treasury, and capital markets solutions.
• Experience working within an international banking environment.
• Experience coordinating cross-border transactions and multinational client relationships.
