Key Responsibilities:


- Enter client feedback into I-sight tool
- Prepare client-specific reports
- Update client records in Salesforce
- Upload monthly statistics report into Salesforce
- Coordinate and run reports for Program Managers
- Prepare client-facing presentations

Qualifications:


- Japanese and English proficiency
- Experience with Salesforce
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with I-sight or similar tools is preferred but not mandatory
