Key Responsibilities:

- Provide legal advice on corporate rights and obligations
- Draft contracts for leases, sales, and acquisitions
- Advise on risk assessment and anti-trust regulations
- Oversee corporate governance and committee matters


- 企業の権利や義務に関する法務支援の提供
- 賃貸契約、売買契約、買収契約のドラフト
- リスク評価および独占禁止法に関するアドバイス
- 企業ガバナンスおよび委員会関連業務の監督


Qualifications:


- Attorney qualification in any jurisdiction
- Native-level Japanese proficiency
- Business-level English proficiency
- 5+ years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal field
- Experience in supporting pharmaceutical and medical device businesses
- Experience with contract law, mergers, and acquisitions
- Knowledge of anti-trust regulations and risk assessment
- Experience in corporate governance
- Familiarity with Japanese legal statutes and ordinances
