Quality Assurance Operations for Finished Products (Preparation of product specification sheets, label compliance checks, audit support, investigations during incidents, etc.)

● Creation of Product Specification Sheets & Label Display Verification You will conduct broad legal checks to confirm whether product labeling complies with the Food Labeling Act. For new products and revised labels, you will handle around 5–6 cases per day. Currently, four team members share and review these tasks.

● Audit Support You will also handle external-facing tasks such as introducing factory facilities to clients considering contract manufacturing, and supporting renewal audits for certifications such as FSSC. This requires wide-ranging technical knowledge of factory specifications and manufacturing methods, but it is sufficient if you can handle these responsibilities in the future.

製品の品質保証業務（製品規格書の作成、ラベルの表示確認、監査対応、トラブル発生時の調査など）

●製品規格書の作成＆ラベルの表示の確認

「商品の表示が食品表示法に沿って記載されているか？」法律的な部分を広範囲にチェックしていきます。 新商品とラベルの改版分で１日に５～６件程度。現在は４名で手分けをして確認しています。

●監査対応

受託製造を検討するクライアントへの工場設備紹介や、FSSC認証などの更新審査対応など、対外的な対応も行います。 工場スペックや製造方法など、技術的な知識を幅広く知っておく必要がありますが、将来的に対応できるようになれば大丈夫です。

Experience in quality control or quality assurance or Knowledge of FSSC or ISO is highly welcomed.

Experience in the beverage or food industry is ideal, but the specific field does not matter.
