Our client, a major leader in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Legal Specialist to manage local legal matters and report directly to the Head of Legal and Compliance. This role offers the opportunity to work autonomously in a compact team environment, with the flexibility of remote work and a focus on work-life balance.


Key Responsibilities:


- Review and amend contracts in Japanese and English
- Consult on legal issues and propose solutions
- Engage and supervise external law firms
- Handle litigation with external law firms
- Plan and execute internal legal processes


Qualifications:


- 3+ years' experience in international company in Japan
- High level of English proficiency
- Experience with Japanese legal system and regulations
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations
- Ability to collaborate with external law firms
- Experience in contract management

業務内容:
 

• 契約書のレビューおよび修正（日本語・英語）
• 法的問題に関する相談対応および解決策の提案
• 外部法律事務所との連携および監督
• 訴訟対応・管理
• 内部法務プロセスの計画・実施

応募資格:
 

• 日本国内の外資系企業での3年以上の実務経験
• 高い英語力
• 日本の法制度および規制に関する知識
• 製薬業界の規制に関する理解
• 外部法律事務所との協力経験
• 契約管理の経験
