Legal & Compliance Counsel 法務・コンプライアンスカウンセル - Healthcare



Our client, a global leader in healthcare services, is seeking a Legal & Compliance Counsel to manage legal and compliance risks and contribute to business development. This role offers the opportunity to engage in process improvement, AI utilization, and legal digital transformation, beyond traditional legal interpretation.



Key Responsibilities:


- Manage legal and compliance risks for healthcare services
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts
- Collaborate with external legal counsel
- Conduct compliance training and audits
- Support internal investigations for whistleblower reports
- Implement legal process improvements using AI and digital tools


Qualifications:


- Must possess a Japanese lawyer qualification
- Proficient in English for communication and collaboration
- 3-7 years of experience as a practicing lawyer is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience with contract negotiation and management
- Familiarity with compliance and corporate ethics
- Ability to collaborate with external legal counsel

職務内容:
 

• 法務およびコンプライアンスリスクの管理
• 複雑な契約の起草、レビュー、交渉
• 外部法律顧問との協力
• コンプライアンス研修および監査の実施
• 内部調査の支援（内部告発対応）
• AIやデジタルツールを用いた法務プロセスの改善

応募資格:
 

• 日本の弁護士資格をお持ちの方
• 英語でのコミュニケーションおよび協力が可能な方
• 弁護士としての実務経験が3-7年ある方が望ましい（必須ではありません）
• 契約交渉および管理の経験
• コンプライアンスおよび企業倫理に関する知識
• 外部法律顧問との協力ができる方
