Our client, a global lifestyle brand in the consumer goods industry, is seeking an Accountant to join their international team with hybrid work opportunities. This role offers the chance to engage in global project implementation and process improvement, collaborating with colleagues in China and the US. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage fixed asset accounting under JGAAP
- Prepare journal entries for JGAAP ledger
- Perform ledger reconciliations for US GAAP and JGAAP
- Ensure accounting data accuracy and reconcile sales data
- Support statutory closing and financial statement preparation
- Drive vendor invoice digitization
- Collaborate with international teams for process improvement
- Support internal and external audit processes


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Japanese Bookkeeping Certificate (Nissho Boki) Level 2 preferred
- Business-level English and Japanese communication skills
- Strong knowledge of JGAAP and US GAAP
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Oracle

- 固定資産会計の管理（日本基準）
- 日本基準の仕訳帳作成
- 米国基準（US GAAP）および日本基準の元帳調整
- 会計データの正確性確認と売上データの調整
- 法定決算および財務諸表の作成支援
- ベンダー請求書のデジタル化推進
- 国際チームとの協力によるプロセス改善
- 内部および外部監査プロセスの支援


応募資格


- 会計または関連分野の学士号
- 3～5年の関連会計経験
- 日商簿記2級以上（歓迎）
- ビジネスレベルの英語および日本語のコミュニケーション能力
- 日本基準および米国基準の深い知識
- 高度なMicrosoft Excelスキル
- ERPシステムの使用経験（Oracle歓迎）
