An international hospitality company is seeking a Hotel Night Manager to oversee hotel operations during overnight hours at a premium hotel property in Tokyo. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of night-time operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and support a high standard of service within a dynamic hospitality environment.


主な業務内容：
 

• 夜間シフト中のホテル運営業務の監督
• ナイトオーディットおよび財務調整の実施
• 緊急事態の際に迅速かつ的確な対応
• 各部署の夜間チームの指導および監督
• 毎夜の業務および財務報告書の作成と引き継ぎ
• 国際的なゲストとの円滑なコミュニケーション

- Oversee hotel operations during night shift
- Conduct night audit and financial reconciliation
- Manage emergency situations with full authority
- Supervise night team across departments
- Prepare nightly operational and financial handover reports
- Handle high-touch international guest interactions


求める資格・スキル：
 

• ホテルフロント業務の経験およびナイトオーディットの経験
• ビジネスレベルの日本語能力
• 夜間業務における財務管理能力
• 英語の能力があれば尚可
• ラグジュアリーホテルでの管理経験があれば尚可
• 緊急事態を独立して管理できる能力
• 持続可能性の価値に共感できれば尚可

- Hotel front office background with night audit experience
- Business-level Japanese proficiency
- Financial literacy for overnight reconciliation
- English proficiency is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in luxury hotel management is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to manage emergency situations independently
- Alignment with sustainability values is preferred but not mandatory
