Responsibilities

• Support IT governance, risk management, and information security initiatives
• Coordinate internal and external audits and track remediation activities
• Facilitate communication between IT teams, business stakeholders, clients, and external partners
• Assist with incident management, root-cause analysis, and business continuity planning
• Conduct vendor and third-party risk assessments
• Support security awareness activities, governance reporting, and compliance initiatives
• Identify opportunities to automate operational processes using Python, scripting, low-code tools, or GenAI technologies
   

Requirements

• Language Requirements: Japanese (N2+) + English (Advanced)
• 1–2+ years of experience in IT Governance, IT Operations, Information Security, or a related technology role
• Familiarity with modern IT environments, IT risk management, and fundamental information security concepts
• Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English
• Proactive mindset with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Valid full-time work visa and currently based in Japan

Working Hours: 9:00 - 18:00（Mon - Fri）
Working Style: Work in office
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, and National Holidays, Year-end and New Year Holidays, Paid Holidays. (Compensatory holiday for weekend working.)
