Legal Counsel, Commercial 法務顧問・商業



Our client, a global leader in the consumer products industry, is seeking a Legal Counsel, Commercial to support a broad range of domestic legal matters. This role offers the opportunity to engage in diverse legal functions, including contract review and compliance management, while contributing to corporate governance initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

- Draft and negotiate contracts in Japanese and English
- Provide legal support for R&D and manufacturing activities
- Support compliance management initiatives
- Develop and improve legal and compliance frameworks
- Advise on corporate governance initiatives
- Revise internal regulations and policies


Qualifications:


- 5+ years of legal experience in Japan
- Bachelor's degree in Law or Juris Doctor
- Fluency in Japanese and English
- Experience in contract review and negotiation
- Knowledge of compliance management and corporate governance
- Experience in providing legal support for R&D and manufacturing

応募資格:
 

• 日本での5年以上の法務経験
• 法学士または法務博士の学位

• 契約書のレビューおよび交渉経験
• コンプライアンス管理および企業ガバナンスに関する知識
• 研究開発および製造に関する法的サポートの経験
