当社の活動：直接部門・間接部門双方における改善プロジェクトまたは活動への内部コンサルティング

2. TOS教育：社内TOS研修の計画、実施、フォローアップ

3. TOS文化活動：TOS文化の浸透とベストプラクティス共有のための社内活動

コンサルタントが連携する対象：
　 経営陣、管理職：プロセス改善プロジェクト進捗報告、調整会議
　 スタッフ：直接/間接部門の内部顧客として、プロジェクト定期会議、調整会議
　 MFTBCおよびDICVのTOSオフィスチームメンバー：現場会議、チームミーティング、タウンホールミーティング
　　※DICV（Daimler India Commercial Vehicle）


【仕事内容／Job Description】　
1. TOS（トラックオペレーティングシステム、ダイムラー・トラック改善アプローチと方法論）
当社の活動：直接部門・間接部門双方における改善プロジェクトまたは活動への内部コンサルティング

2. TOS教育：社内TOS研修の計画、実施、フォローアップ

3. 世界各地のTOSチームとの連携

国際的な環境での業務を通じた異文化コミュニケーションの習得。リーン哲学・手法の学習とプロセスコンサルティングスキルの習得。
プロセス最適化活動を通じた組織のコアプロセスの理解。
直接部門・間接部門双方におけるプロセス最適化プロジェクトでのリーダーシップスキルの育成。
管理職レベルとのネットワーク構築。

Core business of TOS Fuso
1. TOS （Truck Operating System Daimler Truck Improvement approach and Methodology）
Our Activities: internal consulting in improvement projects or activities in both direct and indirect departments
2. TOS education: Planning execution and follow up of in house TOS training
3. TOS cultural activities: In house activities to spread TOS culture and best practice sharing

With whom our consultants interact with are:
Management （CEO boarding members managers） for Reporting of process improvement project progress alignment meetings
Staff s also as Internal customers in direct/indirect areas for regular meeting in projects alignment meeting
Team members in TOS office in MFTBC and DICV for Shopfloor meetings team meeting townhall meetings

[Job Description]
1. TOS （Truck Operating System Daimler Truck Improvement approach and Methodology）
Our Activities: internal consulting in improvement projects or activities in both direct and indirect departments
2. TOS education: Planning execution and follow up of in house TOS training
3. Collaboration with TOS team located worldwide

Learning cross cultural communication through working international environment. Learning lean philosophy methodology and acquiring process consulting skillsets. Getting to know core processes in the organization through process optimization activities.
Fostering leadership skills in process optimization projects in both direct and indirect areas.
Networking with management level.
