主な業務内容
１）研究機器の管理・運用
・機器の選定・購入・設置および設置後の管理
・共用研究機器のメンテナンス・校正管理
・コンタミネーションを防ぐための洗浄業務

２）研究機器の運用管理
・入居企業への研究機器の使用法の講習
・共用機器・実験ベンチの予約／利用システムの管理・運用
・ビル保有企業との連携・窓口業務

３）試薬・消耗品・機器の発注および購入管理
・試薬・消耗品・機器の発注業務全般
・代理店・メーカー・機器ベンダーとの折衝（頻繁かつ丁寧な調整が発生します）

４）EHS（環境・衛生・安全）担当業務
・関連法令に準拠した安全衛生管理
・化学物質および遺伝子組換え体の取り扱い管理
・産業廃棄物・排水の管理
・入居者への安全教育・指導の徹底（化学物質・遺伝子組換え体・産業廃棄物・排水等の適切な取り扱いに関する教育を含む）

５）レジデントカンパニー／クライアントのオンボーディング
・入居時の受け入れ準備・ラボ運用の案内

６）ラボ運営に付随するその他業務
・ラボへの企業誘致に向けたPR活動・施設見学対応のサポート
・その他、シェアラボのラボマネージャーとして発生する運営関連業務

Key responsibilities:
1） Research equipment management operation
・Maintenance and calibration management of shared research equipment
・Selection purchase and installation of equipment and its ongoing management thereafter
・Cleaning and upkeep to keep the lab environment in good condition （as needed）

2） Research equipment operational management
・Providing training to resident companies on how to use the research equipment
・Management and operation of the reservation/usage system for shared instruments and lab benches
・Liaison and point of contact duties with the building owner

3） Procurement and purchase management of reagents consumables and equipment
・Ordering of reagents consumables and equipment in general
・Negotiation and coordination with distributors manufacturers and equipment vendors （involving frequent and careful communication）

4） EHS （Environment Health Safety） responsibilities
・Health and safety management in compliance with relevant laws and regulations
・Management of the handling of chemical substances and genetically modified organisms
・Management of industrial waste and wastewater
・Thorough safety education and guidance for residents （including education on the proper handling of chemical substances genetically modified organisms industrial waste and wastewater）

5） Onboarding of resident companies / clients
・Move in preparation and orientation on lab operations

6） Other duties related to lab operations
・Support for PR activities and site tours aimed at attracting companies to the lab
Other operational tasks that arise as a shared lab manager

・ライフサイエンスに関する修士号または博士号をお持ちの方。
・製薬メーカー、創薬に関わる業界で5年以上の研究又はテクニカルサポート等のご経験を持つ方。
・ホスピタリティ精神に富んだ方。
・ネイティブレベルの日本語力、ビジネスレベル以上の英語力を持つ方。

Requirements:
・Master's or PhD in Life Sciences.
・At least 5 years of research or technical support experience in the pharmaceutical industry or drug discovery sector.
・Having a strong sense of hospitality.
・Native level Japanese skill and business level or higher English skill.
