Description
- Maintain high availability and performance of ServiceNow applications across regions
- Support design, development, and enhancement of IRM and TPRM solutions
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to meet risk and compliance requirements
- Build dashboards, KRI/KPI reporting, and executive-level analytics
- Develop integrations with upstream and downstream systems via APIs and data pipelines
- Support platform upgrades, patching, and enhancement deployment
- Provide user support and training across risk management functions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of platform processes and service delivery

スキル・資格
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development, administration, or support experience
- Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting knowledge (e.g., Script Includes, GlideAjax, Business Rules, UI Policies)
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, workflows, notifications, reporting, and access controls
- Experience with upgrades, maintenance, update sets, and data migrations
- Understanding of release and change management processes
- Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills
- Self-motivated, quality-driven, and eager to learn
- Professional working proficiency in both Japanese and English
- Experience with IRM, TPRM, or broader GRC frameworks
- ServiceNow certification (e.g., CIS)
- Knowledge of frameworks like SOX, NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT
- Experience with dashboards, reporting, risk analytics, and user adoption initiatives
- Familiarity with Linux/Windows environments
