• 先物クリアリング業務および日次オペレーション全般の管理
• トレードライフサイクルに関する業務対応および問題解決
• マージン管理、ポジション管理、照合業務、オペレーショナルコントロールの実施

• オペレーション上の問題分析、根本原因の特定、および改善施策の実施
• 新規業務導入に伴うシステムテストおよび業務準備対応

We are partnering with a leading global financial services firm seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee futures and options clearing operations and regulatory reporting activities in Tokyo.

This is a high-impact role offering broad exposure across trade lifecycle management, operational controls, and regional operations collaboration within an international banking environment. You will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and process optimisation across complex financial products.

• Oversee daily futures and options clearing operations and ensure accurate and timely trade processing
• Coordinate with regional operations and support teams to manage trade lifecycle events and resolve operational issues
• Monitor margin processing, reconciliations, position management, and operational control frameworks
• Ensure all regulatory reporting obligations are completed accurately and within required timelines
• Investigate operational incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions and process improvements
• Support operational readiness initiatives, system testing, and new business implementation activities
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve efficiency, risk management, and operational performance

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 金融業界におけるオペレーション経験10年程度
• 先物オペレーション、上場デリバティブオペレーション、クリアリング、ミドルオフィス、トレードサポートなどの関連実務経験
• 上場デリバティブ、先物取引、トレードサポート業務に関する知識
• 規制報告、照合業務、マージン管理、オペレーショナルリスク管理の知識
• 大卒以上（または同等の資格・経験）

• 課題を早期に発見し、トラブルを未然に防ぐ積極性・課題解決力
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力およびステークホルダー管理能力
• 常に改善・効率化を目指す姿勢

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：ビジネスレベル以上

• 上場デリバティブと先物取引関連業務経験
• 金融市場向け業務システムやクリアリングプラットフォームに詳しい方歓迎
• 業務改善プロジェクトやシステム導入経験
• 外資系銀行、証券会社、投資銀行での勤務経験

• Over 10 years of experience within Futures and Options Operations, Listed Derivatives Operations, Clearing, Middle Office, or Trade Support functions
• Strong understanding of listed derivatives, futures and options products, and trade lifecycle processes
• Experience supporting operational controls, reconciliations, margin processing, and regulatory reporting
• Familiarity with industry trade processing and clearing platforms within investment banking environments
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic qualification

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced financial services environment
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on operational accuracy and risk control
• Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across regional and global teams

• Japanese: Native level
• English: Fluent level

• Experience supporting listed derivatives products and clearing operations
• Knowledge of operational risk frameworks and regulatory requirements in Japan
• Experience participating in process improvement or system enhancement initiatives
• Exposure to international banking or securities firms preferred
