Our client, a Japan-based inbound tourism startup, is seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager for a pivotal role in their IPO preparation phase. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare financial statements (BS/PL/CF)
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- Coordinate IPO preparation with auditors and securities firms
- Design and operate internal controls (J-SOX)
- Develop and manage finance team
- Conduct budgeting and financial forecasting
- Improve accounting policies and processes
- Coordinate tax-related matters with external advisors


Qualifications:

- 5+ years of finance/accounting experience in Japan
- Strong knowledge of Japanese accounting standards and tax regulations
- Professional-level Japanese and English
- Experience with IPO preparation or publicly listed companies
- CPA / USCPA or equivalent certifications is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in startup or high-growth company is preferred but not mandatory
- Management accounting or corporate planning experience is preferred but not mandatory

• 財務諸表（BS/PL/CF）の作成
• 月次・四半期・年次決算の管理
• IPO準備における監査法人や証券会社との調整
• 内部統制（J-SOX）の設計・運用
• 財務チームの育成・管理
• 予算編成および財務予測の実施
• 会計方針とプロセスの改善
• 税務関連事項の外部アドバイザーとの調整

応募資格:
 

• 日本国内での財務・会計分野における5年以上の経験
• 日本の会計基準および税法に関する深い知識
• ビジネスレベルの日本語および英語能力
• IPO準備または上場企業での経験
• CPA/USCPAまたは同等の資格があれば尚可
• スタートアップや急成長企業での経験があれば尚可
• 管理会計や企業企画の経験があれば尚可
