Our client, a leading global insurance organization, is seeking an Audit Senior Manager~Director for Japan & APAC within their Global Financial Services Group. This role offers the opportunity to lead a team in providing independent assurance over technology, infrastructure, and cybersecurity functions, directly impacting the company's operations in Japan and APAC. Key Responsibilities:

- Define audit strategy for Japan and APAC technology
- Lead execution of global assurance plan
- Manage and develop audit teams
- Engage stakeholders to drive process improvements
- Draft and communicate audit findings to executives
- Drive adoption of AI and automation in audits
- Ensure compliance with global and regional regulations
- Oversee audits of cloud infrastructure platforms


Qualifications:

- 15+ years of experience in assurance, financial services, and technology innovation
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
- One industry-recognized certification (e.g., CPA, CIA, CISA, CISSP) required
- Experience auditing cloud infrastructure platforms e.g. AWS
- Fluent in English; Japanese is a plus
- Experience with assurance in infrastructure, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance
- Experience with data governance and risk management
- Experience in leading and developing diverse teams
- Experience with AI and automation in audit testing
- Experience in regulated industries, preferably insurance or financial services

• 監査戦略の策定: 日本およびAPAC地域のテクノロジーに対する監査戦略を策定
• グローバル保証計画の実行: グローバル保証計画の実行をリード
• 監査チームの管理・育成: チームを管理し、成長を支援
• プロセス改善の推進: ステークホルダーと連携し、プロセス改善を促進
• 監査結果の報告・伝達: 監査結果を経営陣に報告し、コミュニケーションを図る
• AIと自動化の導入: 監査におけるAIと自動化の導入を推進
• 規制遵守の確保: グローバルおよび地域規制の遵守を確保
• クラウドインフラプラットフォームの監査: クラウドインフラプラットフォームの監査を監督

応募資格:
 

• 15年以上の保証、金融サービス、テクノロジー革新の経験
• コンピュータサイエンス、エンジニアリング、または関連分野の学士号
• 業界認定資格（例：CPA、CIA、CISA、CISSP）のいずれかを保持
• AWSなどのクラウドインフラプラットフォームの監査経験
• 英語に堪能であること。日本語ができれば尚可
• インフラ、サイバーセキュリティ、規制遵守における保証の経験
• データガバナンスとリスク管理の経験
• 多様なチームを指導し育成する能力
• 監査テストにおけるAIと自動化の経験
• 規制業界、特に保険や金融サービスでの経験
