Our client, a global leader in medical technology, is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join their team in an international environment. This role offers the opportunity to lead legal affairs for specific business units, providing legal advice and drawing up contracts, while working in a flexible and remote-friendly setting.


Key Responsibilities:

- Provide legal advice on corporate rights and obligations
- Draft contracts for leases, licenses, and acquisitions
- Advise on risk assessment and anti-trust regulations
- Oversee corporate governance and committee activities


Qualifications:

- Attorney qualification in any jurisdiction
- Native-level Japanese proficiency
- Business-level English proficiency
- 2-7 years of experience in law firm or corporate legal field
- Experience in healthcare or medical device industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Act is preferred but not mandatory

業務内容:
 

• 企業の権利と義務に関する法的アドバイスの提供
• 賃貸契約、ライセンス契約、買収契約の作成
• リスク評価や独占禁止法規制に関する助言
• 企業ガバナンスおよび委員会活動の管理

必要な資格・経験:
 

• 法曹資格（いずれかの司法管轄区域での資格）
• 日本語ネイティブレベル
• ビジネスレベルの英語力
• 法律事務所または企業内法務部門での2〜7年の実務経験
• 医療機器やヘルスケア業界での経験があれば尚可
• 医薬品医療機器法に関する知識があれば尚可
