Our client, an international lifestyle hotel in the Hokuriku region, is seeking a Director of Finance to join their Leadership Committee. This senior role offers the opportunity to oversee all financial operations, ensuring financial integrity and driving profitability while supporting strategic goals.


Key Responsibilities:

- Drive hotel performance and profitability with leadership committee
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Oversee financial statements preparation per USALI and GAAP
- Monitor performance to maximize revenue and control costs
- Lead internal and external audits for compliance
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and liquidity
- Lead and develop the Finance team
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Provide financial guidance across departments


Qualifications:


- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 8–12+ years of progressive finance experience with leadership exposure
- Mandatory hospitality industry experience
- Strong knowledge of USALI (12th Edition), reporting, and compliance
- Professional certification (CPA, CA, CMA) is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience with financial systems like Oracle or SAP is preferred but not mandatory

応募資格:

- 必須: ホスピタリティ業界での経験
- USALI（第12版）、報告、およびコンプライアンスに関する知識
- CPA、CA、CMAなどの資格があれば尚良し
