Legal Specialist 法務スペシャリスト - Pharma | Legal Management (WFH 2 days, Good Compensation)
Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company in Japan, is seeking a Legal Specialist to manage local legal matters in Tokyo. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Head of Legal and Compliance, providing consultation on legal issues, contract review, and litigation handling. Key Responsibilities:
- Review contracts in Japanese and English
- Consult on legal issues and propose solutions
- Manage corporate secretary matters with external support
- Engage and supervise external law firms
- Handle litigation with external law firms
- Develop internal regulations and processes
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in international Pharma company in Japan
- Legal qualification in Japan, US, UK, or other country
- Japanese mother tongue
- Fluent in English for contract review
- Experience with contract management systems
- Familiarity with Japanese corporate law
