A globally expanding organization is seeking an experienced legal professional to lead legal and compliance activities across multiple business functions and regions. This role will partner closely with senior stakeholders to support business operations, manage legal risks, and provide strategic legal guidance in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities | 主な業務内容

• Provide legal guidance and support on corporate and commercial matters across the business
• Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements and related documentation
• Support legal risk management and compliance-related activities
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors on business initiatives
• Support governance-related activities, including corporate documentation and internal approvals
• Advise on regulatory, data privacy, and operational legal matters
• Support strategic projects, partnerships, and cross-functional initiatives
• Contribute to the improvement of legal operations and internal processes

Qualifications | 応募資格

• 8+ years of experience in corporate or commercial legal matters
• Business-level Japanese and English or Chinese communication skills
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
• Experience supporting cross-border business activities and stakeholder coordination
• Knowledge of legal risk management and regulatory compliance matters
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced business environment
• Legal qualification in Japan or overseas is a plus
• Experience with M&A, partnerships, or corporate restructuring is preferred but not mandatory

業務内容

• 企業法務および商務関連事項に関する法的サポート・アドバイス提供
• 各種商業契約書および関連文書のレビュー、作成、交渉
• 法務リスク管理およびコンプライアンス関連業務の支援
• 社内関係者および外部法律事務所との連携・調整
• コーポレートガバナンス関連業務および社内承認プロセスのサポート
• 規制、データプライバシー、業務運営に関する法的助言
• 戦略プロジェクト、パートナーシップ、部門横断施策への法務支援
• 法務オペレーションおよび業務改善への貢献

応募資格

• 企業法務または商務法務に関する8年以上の経験
• 日本語および英語または中国語でのビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション能力
• 商業契約書の作成・交渉経験
• クロスボーダー案件および関係者調整経験
• 法務リスク管理およびコンプライアンスに関する知識
• 高いコミュニケーション能力および関係構築力
• スピード感のある環境で自律的に業務推進できる方
• 日本または海外の弁護士資格歓迎
• M&A、アライアンス、組織再編経験があれば尚可
