【ポジションの目的 】
主に店舗で使用されるPOS（Point Of Sales）やモバイルPOSなど、様々なリテールアプリケーションやモバイルアプリケーションを管理し、ビジネスチームとの関係性に基づいてソリューションを提供する。

【業務内容】
- トラブルシューティング
- リテール向けITアプリケーションを他のチームと連携し、日々のインシデントや問題の根本原因に対処する
- POSのアップグレードなどのプロジェクトに参加し、機能検証テスターとして、プロダクションリリース前に回帰テストを実行し、新しい機能/バグ修正の動作を確認する
- 店舗/イベントを訪問し、アプリケーションの設定と運用を行う

Position Purpose
Manage various retail and mobile applications mainly used in stores, such as POS (Point of Sales) and mobile POS systems, while providing solutions based on strong relationships with business teams.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and issue resolution

• Work closely with other teams to address daily incidents and identify root causes related to retail IT applications

• Participate in projects such as POS upgrades, perform regression testing as a functional tester before production release, and verify the behavior of new features and bug fixes

• Visit stores/events to configure and operate applications

• 日本語流暢レベル
• POSアプリケーション/プロジェクト関連業務経験者
• ITサポート経験2年以上

• Native-level Japanese
• Experience with POS application/project-related work
• More than 2 years of IT support experience
