• Manage the full lifecycle of software development projects (plan, execute, monitor, close)
• Develop and control project budgets
• Drive development processes (SDLC and Agile)
• Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders
• Utilise project management tools (e.g. Jira)
• Lead process improvement and productivity initiatives
• Demonstrate strong team leadership

• 4+ years of software development project management experience
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Experience managing budgets and running projects from a financial perspective
• Strong communication skills (Japanese and English)
• Leadership and team management capabilities
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum) and process improvement is a plus
