Key Responsibilities:

• - Translate HR data into actionable insights for leadership
• - Manage key People & Culture projects as PMO
• - Build data literacy within HR through training and coaching
• - Recommend automation solutions to improve reporting efficiency
• - Advise HRBPs and business leaders on People topics
• - Maintain alignment with cross-functional teams and business strategies

• HRデータをリーダーシップのための実行可能なインサイトに変換
• 重要なピープル＆カルチャープロジェクトをPMOとして管理
• HR内でのデータリテラシー向上のためのトレーニングとコーチング
• レポート効率を向上させるための自動化ソリューションを提案

• クロスファンクショナルチームやビジネス戦略との整合性を維持

Qualifications:

• - Fluent in both English and Japanese
• - 3-5 years experience in HR analytics or HR transformation
• - Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or SAC
• - Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Analytics
• - Experience with HR data systems and tools
• - Strong project management skills
• - Experience in multinational or matrix environments is preferred but not mandatory

• 英語と日本語に堪能
• HRアナリティクスまたはHRトランスフォーメーションでの3〜5年の経験
• Power BI、Tableau、またはSACのプロフィシエンシー
• HR、ビジネス、またはアナリティクスの学士号
• HRデータシステムやツールに関する経験
• 強力なプロジェクト管理スキル
• 多国籍またはマトリックス環境での経験があれば尚可
