Our client, a global top-tier asset manager, is seeking a Senior Fixed Income Investment Director in Tokyo. This role offers the opportunity to partner with institutional sales and global investment teams, providing investment insights and fixed income market expertise to support public pension and institutional clients in Japan.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Collaborate with sales and investment teams for client support
• - Provide fixed income market expertise to stakeholders
• - Support investment communication and business development
• - Represent investment perspectives in client meetings
• - Develop portfolio strategies for institutional clients
• - Analyze fixed income market trends for investment decisions

• - 営業チームや投資チームと協力し、クライアントサポートを行う
• - 関係者へ債券市場の専門知識を提供
• - 投資コミュニケーションおよびビジネス開発を支援
• - クライアントミーティングで投資の視点を代表
• - 機関投資家向けのポートフォリオ戦略を策定

Qualifications:

• - 10+ years in asset management or investment strategy
• - Strong knowledge of fixed income markets and portfolio construction
• - Bilingual in English and Japanese
• - Experience with public pensions or institutional investors is preferred but not mandatory
• - Experience with Bloomberg Terminal or similar financial tools is preferred but not mandatory
• - Familiarity with regulatory requirements in Japan is preferred but not mandatory

• - 資産運用または投資戦略における10年以上の実務経験
• - 債券市場およびポートフォリオ構築に関する豊富な知識
• - 英語と日本語のバイリンガル能力
• - 公共年金または機関投資家との経験があれば尚可
• - Bloomberg Terminal または同様の金融ツールの経験があれば尚可
• - 日本の規制要件に関する知識があれば尚可
