製品信頼性および保証分析チームに加わる、意欲的で経験豊富なフィールド品質マネージャーを募集しています。エンジンおよび排気後処理システム（ATS）に関する経験をお持ちの方を求めています。
マネージャーとして、各国におけるフィールド品質および顧客課題の分析を行うエンジニアチームを率いる重要な役割を担っていただきます。また、課題解決や是正措置のシリーズおよびフィールドへの適用に向け、研究開発、カスタマーサービス、生産、製造エンジニアリングの各チームとの部門横断的な連携を支援していただく必要があります。チーム開発とプロセスの遵守が鍵となります。

品質管理信頼性チームはシニアマネージャーが統括し、
以下の5つのセクションで構成されています。
1） QMR HD エンジンおよびATS、HD/MDトランスミッション
2） QMR HD/MDアクスルおよびブレーキ
3） QMR シャーシおよびその他のアグリゲート
4） QMアナリティクスおよび保証分析
5） QMR LD/MDエンジンおよびATS

【Department Introduction】
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager Field quality to join Product reliability and warranty analysis team. We expect your experience in Engine and After treatment systems（ATS）. As a Manager you will play a crucial role in leading a team of Engineers for analyzing field quality customer issues across the various countries.You have to support in cross functional collabotation with R D Customer service Production and Manufactruing engineering teams for issue resolution series and field action implementation of corrective action. Team development and process adherence is key.
Quality Management Reliability team is led by a Senior manager consists of 5 different sections
1） QMR HD Engine and ATS HD/MD Transmissions
2） QMR HD/ MD Axles and Brakes
3） QMR Chassis and other aggregates
4） QM Analytics and warranty analysis
5） QMR LD/MD Engine and ATS

【業務内容】
4P10、LDT、MDT、産業用エンジンおよび後処理システムにおける顧客の品質問題に対し、5名のエンジニアからなるチームで対応する。品質問題の特定と迅速な現場での解決を図り、解決済みの品質問題については現場での対応方針を実行する。
チームワークが不可欠であり、関係者と連携して問題解決に取り組むことが必須である。
現場からの製品品質報告書を分析し、問題解決と優先順位付けを行う。
問題解決の優先順位付けと重点化のため、関連するアグリゲート（集計データ）に対する保証コスト分析を実施する。
コストメリットを創出するため、現場修理（Field Fix）のコスト最適化を行う。
国土交通省（MLIT）や当局への報告を伴う交渉、および現地規制への準拠が重要である。
現場修理に必要な部品および関連文書の明確化を行う。
エンジニアチームの良好な連携と成長を促進するため、チームを率いて育成する。

【Job Description】
Handling of customer quality issues in 4P10 LDT MDT Industrial engine and After treatment systems with a team of 5 members （Engineers） Identification and faster field quality issue resolution and implement the direction of Field action for resolved quality issues.
Team work is essential and Joint problem resolution activity with stakeholders is mandatory.
Product quality report from field to be analysed for issue resolution and prioritizations.
Warranty cost analysis for the relevant aggregates to be done for issue resolution prioritization and focus.
Field Fix cost optimization to be done to draw cost benifits.
Negotiation with reporting to MLIT/authority and complaince with local regulations is key.
Clarification of Field Fix necessary parts and documentation.
Lead and develop team of Engineers for good engagement and thier growth.

[募集要件]
自動車業界での実務経験が8年以上10年未満の方。
エンジンおよびATSシステムの品質管理分野での経験がある方を優遇します。機械工学または自動車工学の学士号を取得していること。
パワートレインアグリゲート、エンジン、トランスミッションなどに関する深い理解。
多様なステークホルダーと、単独でもチームでも円滑に業務を遂行できる能力。
機械加工、組立プロセス、および問題解決における財務的視点の理解が必須。Microsoft Officeの熟練度およびプレゼンテーションスキルが必須。
ソフトスキルとして、対人スキル、チームビルディング能力、コミュニケーション能力が必須。

[Requirement]
Min of 8 years to 10 years of experience in Automotive industry preferably in field quality of Engines and ATS systems. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical /Automobile Engineering. In depth understanding of Powet train aggregates Engine Transmission etc. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with diverse stake holders. Understanding of the Machining assembly processes and financial perspectives of issue resolution is required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation skills is essential. Softskills Interpersonal Team building and communication skills are essential.
